Omani Culture and Science Academy   and Bayt Al-Hikma  Meet to Enhance  Cultural Collaboration 
The Head  of the Board of Trustees of Bayt Al-Hikma, Dr. Qahtan Ni'ma Hassan Al-Khafaji, welcomed at his office a delegation from the Culture and Science Academy in the Sultanate of Oman to discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation. The Omani delegation, headed by Sheikh Talib bin Khalfan Al-Dhamari, discussed with the Iraqi side the development of cooperation in the fields of scientific and academic research, and the exchange of expertise and studies that aim to build individuals intellectually and culturally.
The discussions focused on highlighting the authentic Iraqi and Omani cultures and shedding light on their creative figures. The Omani delegation presented proposals for specific programs to achieve this cooperation, as a continuation of the common cultural strategy between the two countries. For his part, Dr. Al-Khafaji affirmed Bayt Al-Hikma  readiness to open new horizons of cooperation with the Omani Academy, pointing out the importance of organizing joint events that contribute to stimulating intellectual movement and exchanging experiences, thus reviving the historical legacy shared by both countries.
At the end  of the meeting, the two sides exchanged a collection of scientific and cultural publications and souvenirs. The delegation was then taken on a guided tour of the historic building of Bayt Al-Hikma .
