 *Jahrom University Hosted by Bayt Al-Hikma* 
On Monday, October 20, 2025, Dr. Qahtan Ni'ma Hassan Al-Khafaji, Head of the Board of Trustees of Bayt Al-Hikma (House of Wisdom), received an academic delegation from Jahrom University in the Islamic Republic of Iran. The delegation was led by Dr. Mohammad Abbas Zadeh Jahromi, the University President,  Dr. Amid Mohammadi, Head of the Law Department at Jahrom University, Dr. Mohammad Hassan Qudrati, Professor of Fiqh (Jurisprudence) and Foundations of Islamic Law, and Dr. Sayed Redha Moazzen, Professor of Philosophy and  A'lm Al-Kalam (Islamic Theology) at the University.
Dr. Al-Khafaji welcomed the visiting delegation and provided a detailed explanation of the nature of the work at the Bayt Al-Hikma institution and its various departments. He highlighted the many academic activities and events organized by the institution in cooperation with Iranian institutions, universities, and research centers, which enhance the ongoing scientific and cultural communication between the two brotherly countries.
For his part, Dr. Mohammad Abbas Zadeh, President of Jahrom University, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the warm welcome and the high level of interest shown by Bayt Al-Hikma in scientific and academic communication with all relevant institutions worldwide. He reviewed the most important scientific and humanities colleges at Jahrom University and emphasized the necessity of studying a proposal to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two academic institutions to enhance cooperation, exchange visits and expertise, and participate in conferences and seminars held in Iraq and Iran.
