 *Head of the Board of Trustees of Bayt  Al-Hikma Continues his Support for the Administrative and Scientific Staff at the Institution* 
On Tuesday, September 23, 2025, the Head of the Board of Trustees of Bayt Al-Hikma, Dr. Qahtan Ni'ma Hassan Al-Khafaji, met with a group of employees from the scientific departments and administrative divisions at Bayt Al-Hikma. The purpose of the meeting was to follow up  the progress of administrative and organizational work within the institution, identify the main obstacles facing the work, and propose solutions and suggestions to  overcome those obstacles.
These meetings are held periodically, as the Head of the Board of Trustees meets with a diverse group of employees to listen to their needs, which facilitates the workflow within the institution. The meetings also aim to encourage staff to work with a team spirit and foster a sense of professional belonging among individuals, thereby enhancing performance efficiency and serving the interests of the institution and its members. He also directed them to adhere to administrative instructions, wishing them success in performing their duties in a way that serves the public interest.
