Head  of the Board of Trustees Meets  the Academic Promotions Committee at Bayt Al-Hikma

On Thursday, July 31, 2025,   Dr. Qahtan Ni'ma al-Khafaji, Head of the Board of Trustees of Bayt Al-Hikma ( House of Wisdom ) met the Academic Promotions Committee at Bayt al-Hikma, headed by its chairman ,Secretary-General of Bayt Al-Hikma , Prof. Dr. Haider Qasim al-Tamimi, and its members , professors from different   Iraqi universities.
Dr.Al-Khafaji  welcomed the committee members, praising the significant efforts made to facilitate promotion procedures in accordance with approved regulations and instructions ,  emphasizing  the importance of supporting the scientific and academic process by enhancing scientific integrity and the quality of institutional performance, and enhancing human resources as the fundamental pillar of societal advancement.
It is worth noting that the Academic Promotions Committee at Bayt al-Hikma was formed pursuant to Administrative Order No. 3/1618 of June 24, 2025. It holds regular meetings ,  and is responsible for reviewing promotion files for researchers holding postgraduate degrees at Bayt al-Hikma in accordance with applicable laws and approved instructions, as well as following up on procedures for academic promotion transactions submitted by researchers of Bayt Al-Hikma.
